If you've used the product you can't return it, sorry! If the product hasn't been used (and has not been discounted) you can return it to us within 30 days of your purchase date using our pre-paid return shipping label. Please note, $5.00 per returned package will be deducted from your refund as a return processing fee. You can follow the instructions below to get one of those labels.
Unfortunately, we don't offer direct exchanges. If you want to exchange something you'll have to return the unwanted product for a full refund. We advise you go ahead and order product you do as we can't guarantee that your size will be in stock and we cannot hold items for you. Please allow 7-14 days from when we receive the returned product for the money to be refunded.

For returns please follow these instructions:

  • Visit our returns center
  • Enter your order number and email address to start
  • Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return
  • After approved request, print the pre-paid return shipping label to attach to your package.
  • Pack all the returned items, along with a print off of your confirmation of purchase email, and attach the label on a box. You can use the package the items arrived in or another box if you prefer.
  • Take it to an authorized drop-off location and ship

What items are returnable? 

  • Items must be in re-sellable condition with tags attached unless faulty.
  • Items must not be worn, damaged or washed
  • Within 30 days from the date of purchase

What items are non-refundable? 

  • Gift cards
  • Discounted items
  • International orders unless the garment is deemed faulty

Can the items be exchanged?

Unfortunately, we don't offer direct exchanges. If you want to exchange something you'll have to return the unwanted product for a full refund. You can go back and purchase what you need.

How do I ship back the items?

How soon will I get my refund?

Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified via an email. You will also be informed about the approval or rejection of your refund request. If approved, the refund request will be processed within 7-14 working days after approval.

    • Swimwear can be returned if it is unworn, and in its original condition with all tags and protection stickers attached. We recommend trying on swimwear over underwear as soiled items will not be accepted for return and will be returned to you at your own expense.

We will not reship or refund orders, including shipping fees, in the event that they are refused or returned. International sales are final.
